At The Pink Bus, we believe the best trips should be easy, comfortable, and full of fun. That’s why our trips are designed to take care of the details for you—from transportation and accommodations to meals and activities.
Our trips are all-inclusive unless otherwise noted in the individual trip details. All you need to do is pack your bags, climb aboard, and get ready for a great adventure!
Your trip price typically includes:
Luxury motor coach transportation — Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
Hotel accommodations — Comfortable lodging is included as part of your trip package.
All meals — Enjoy meals throughout the trip without having to worry about where to eat next.
All scheduled activities — Admission and activity costs are included unless specifically noted otherwise.
Fun surprises along the way! — We like to add a few unexpected extras to make each Pink Bus adventure memorable.
Individual trips may have specific inclusions or exclusions, so be sure to review the details for your particular adventure.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following expenses are not included in the trip price:
Airport baggage fees
Bus driver gratuity
Gratuity on alcoholic beverages
Personal purchases and other personal expenses
We want your Pink Bus experience to be as smooth as possible. Approximately four weeks before departure, you’ll receive an email with important trip information, including:
Your bus loading time
The location where you’ll board the bus
Your remaining balance
Any special items you may need to bring
We’ll also let you know if there’s anything you need to pack beyond the usual travel essentials.
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat on The Pink Bus.
For trip-planning purposes, we encourage guests to sign up at least 60 days before departure. However, we’re happy to accept reservations at any time as long as space remains available.
Because we must make advance arrangements and payments for hotels, meals, activities, transportation, and other trip expenses, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
While payments and deposits are non-refundable, your reservation may be transferred to another passenger if you are unable to attend. The replacement passenger must take your place on the same trip, and you are responsible for finding the person who will assume your reservation.
Your $200 deposit reserves your seat.
Approximately four weeks before departure, we’ll email you with your final payment amount and important boarding information.
All remaining balances are due two weeks before the scheduled departure date.
We appreciate timely payments because many of the services included in your Pink Bus adventure must be paid for in advance.
